Abstract

In this paper, a non-linear mathematical model is proposed based on the mathematical model analysis of the transmission of HIV/AIDS in a dynamic model with treatment. We consider a compartmental mode together with non-linear differential equations in five-dimensional systems to detect the spread and control of the disease. We use the next-generation matrix technique to drive the formula for the basic reproduction number. The disease-free equilibrium of the HIV/AIDS model is stable if the basic reproduction number is less than unity; if the basic reproduction number is greater than unity, the disease-free equilibrium is unstable. We also utilize numerical simulation to explain how each parameter affects the basic reproduction number.
